The information you need to switch providers...

Guide to getting your MAC code...

Information from www.MACcodes.co.uk (with kind permission).

Migration Authorisation Codes, MAC codes, allow broadband customers to switch between providers with minimal, if any, disruption to their broadband connection. The MAC code is an alphanumeric series of characters unique to a particular line.

The MAC code consists of four letters, always beginning with L, followed by between seven and nine numbers, a slash, and five alphanumeric characters (e.g. LAEM1234567/1F6HT).

For detailed instructions on how to change provider, please select your current and new (prospective) broadband provider from the drop-down boxes below. Once you click submit, we'll give you the phone numbers and links you need to successfully obtain your MAC code.
