I was just hung up on by a technician, either he did it on purpose or Orange can't even keep their own phone system working.
Basically I had called to complain about a snail connection with my dongle.
So after talking me through adding new settings the thing was slower to connect than previously.
I said-
'Should it take this long to connect?" (after more than 2 minutes)
He said-
'Can take a minute or so."
Then some more of his breathing.
Then the phone went dead.
I used to work in a call centre.
I know when I've been hung up on.
