Since I upgraded to Windows 7 the connection between my desktop PC and Livebox keeps dropping randomly. I use the same Livebox for a Windows XP laptop (using wireless) and there is no problem.
I e-mailed the customer service, who very kindly asked me to re-install my network adaptor driver and are sending me a new cable. Although I have done the former, there is no change. As for the cable, I fail to see why the existing cable works fine for XP or Vista PCs, but wouldn't work with Windows 7.
What is more alarming is that in the Orange support website there is no mention of Windows 7. Is Orange not aware that Windows 7 has been launched?!!
