I have had no second line since Jan 2010 and all I get continually told by the Escalations Team is that they are trying to fix the problem but cannot advise when this will be or what the problem is. It had been working fone for 18 months or so and one day i went to use it and no dial tone. Has anyone else got this problem?
Orange have just changed my livebox.
now they are unable to get my 2nd line working.
They say serial and MAC address don't match.
They don't seem to know what to do about fixing it.
Worked fine before.
they have now had a month to fix this.
Still not working.
I'm now off to 02/be. no more offshore "tech support"
I suggest others with this problem do the same.
