Please forgive the faults of this newbie but I am having increasing problems with my livebox.
It has worked well for the last two and a half years - apart from the fact I never got the phone thing working, but after numerous fruitless emails and calls to Orange I decided to give up on that functionality...
The broadband connection via lan is fine but the wireless connections to the other desktops and laptops in the house (it's a small modern house, no solid walls!) is dropping out many times an hour now.
Given my previous lack of success with Orange help i'm thinking my best move is probably to buy something to replace the livebox. Could anyone suggest a compatible router and give me some tips on installation. Or is there another route I should try, I can't imagine Orange would ship me a new livebox.. but then I've been a good customer for many years now
