The problems I experienced with email last year (for 8 weeks!!) have happened again. If I send to my prinicipal Orange email account (same one for the past 8 years!!!) I get a reply saying that the account is over quota - NO IT IS NOT!!!
So I suppose it will be another case of contacting Orange (or trying to) and spending money on phone calls that i can ill-afford to sepnd to alert Orange to what is yet another of their constant cock-ups. One more try - then they can shove their Broadband where the sun don't shine!!!
Yes - done all the usual things - and double checked all my Outlook Express settings too. It's an Orange email server problem - they cleared it last year but I'm not holding out any hope. I think it's time to cancel and move to Sky!
Well Orange have done something to their server which now allows me to send and receive a limited amount of emails - but not all. I tried sending myself an email from my work address - and it arrived in one of my secondary fsmail boxes! In fact most of my emails seem to be going everywhere other than the box they should go to!
Orange seem to have sorted the problem now and I appear to be back to normal. I think the lesson here is not to be fobbed off at all by what they tell you - in my experience a lot of problems ARE solvable by them but there is not the will to address them!
